How to Obtain the NP Energy Pass Card
- Come to the NP Head Office at NP House, Cotton Tree, Siaka Stevens Street, Freetown, and request the card
- You will be taken through the process and directed to make a payment at the bank
- After making payment at the bank, please return with the bank slip
- You will be given a form to fill in some personal details and registered in the system
- After registration, you will receive an SMS notification of the card’s availability
- During pickup, please confirm with the Sales attendants how to change your PIN number
How to Use the NP Energy Pass Card
- When you get to the NP fuel station, approach the fuel dispenser/pump
- Identify the right nozzle according to the product type that you require for your vehicle
- Slot your card into the card opening in the dispenser, with the chip upwards facing the direction of the tip of your thumb finger
- As you are putting the card into the card holder opening on the dispenser, ensure that it makes a click sound to indicate that it is firmly fitted
- As you do that, watch the display screen and follow the instructions
- Enter your PIN
- Press the ‘Start’ or ‘Confirm’ button, and the Card will display the amount of money that you have in your account
- Press ‘litres’ and your money will be converted to litres
- Enter the quantity of litres you need
- Press ‘start’ or lift the nozzle
- Put the nozzle into your fuel tank and press the nozzle trigger until the quantity you entered is fully pumped
- Put the nozzle back into its holder
- Immediately your purchase is completed, your card will eject from the card holder
- Should you require a receipt, please press print. Your receipt will be printed
