Company History
In December 2016, NP Côte d’Ivoire Limited was registered in Côte d’Ivoire as a petroleum products distribution company with 100% shareholding by NP Group Limited. After one year of its existence, the Company officially received its distribution license from the government. Trading activities then commenced in 2018. The Company changed its registration status from Société à Responsabilité Limitée (SARL) with equity capital of F CFA 200 000 000 to Société Anonyme (SA) with equity capital of 500 000 000 in September 2019 without a change of shareholding structure. In July 2024, the Company further increased its capital to F CFA 2 000 000 000 without a change in the shareholding structure.

Corporate Profile
NP Côte d’Ivoire Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NP Group Limited (Sierra Leone), the leading oil marketing company in Sierra Leone with operations in Liberia, Guinea, and The Gambia. Registered in December 2016 as a petroleum product distribution company, NP Côte d’Ivoire obtained its government distribution license in 2017 and officially commenced commercial activities in 2018. In September 2019, the Company transitioned from a Limited Liability Company (SARL) with a share capital of 200,000,000 CFA francs to a Public Limited Company (SA) with a share capital of 500,000,000 CFA francs, while retaining full ownership by NP Group Limited. NP Côte d’Ivoire leverages the governance, operational systems, and standards of its parent company, NP (SL) Limited, which is ISO 9001:2015 certified for Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 certified for Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 45001:2018 certified for Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. This ensures the Company maintains high-quality service, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety across all operations.

Business Opportunities
How to become a Dealer - CODO (Company Owned, Dealer Operated)
- Send a letter of intent (LOI) addressed to the CEO/Sales Manager
- NP will respond if there are available station (s)
- Potential Dealer is invited for discussions on the Terms and Conditions
- Agreement/Contract is drafted for review
- Agreement/Contract is signed
- Payment for the full capacity of the stations is paid by Dealer
- Station is handed to the Dealer to commence business
- NP Sales Department monitors sales and activities of the station
- Daily report must be forwarded to NP
How to become a Reseller - DODO (Dealer Owned, Dealer Operated)
- Apply for Partnership with NP, attaching all the relevant regulatory permits to operate the statsions (NPRA, EPA, Works and Labour Permits)
- NP conducts an assessment of the station to confirm status. The report is generated and discussed with the Reseller
- NP and Reseller meet to define the terms and conditions for the Partnership
- Reseller agreement/contract is drafted by NP for review
- Agreement/Contract is signed
- Equipment (PUMPS, BRANDING MATERIALS etc) are provided by NP (If needed)
- Payment is made for tanks calibration (Full capacity of the tanks)
- Tanks are calibrated by NP
- NP is considered the sole supplier to the reseller’s station until agreement is terminated.
How to become a CASTROL Lubricant SALES Agent
- Send a letter of intent (LOI) addressed to the CEO/Sales Manager
- Potential Agent is invited for discussions on the Terms and Conditions
- Agreement/Contract is drafted for Potential Agnet
- Agreement/Contract is signed
- Payment is made for Lubricant
- Promotional materials supplied by NP
How to become a Cooking Gas SALES Agent
- Send a letter of intent (LOI) address to the NP GAS Office at Brookfields
- Potential Agent is invited for discussions on the Terms and Condition
- Agreement/Contract is drafted for Potential Agent
- Agreement/Contract is signed
- Payment is made for Cooking GAS
